Phenomenal!
Dr. Stone is absolutely wonderful! I’ve never had to see an ENT until recently when I was dealing with a peritonsillar abscess — not at all an enjoyable experience— but every step of the way Dr. Stone was incredibly compassionate, communicated clearly, and answered all questions I could possibly have. When I ended up needing a tonsillectomy I felt assured that I was in good hands with her. Can not recommend her enough!

Dr. Stone is an experienced and compassionate ENT surgeon who resolved my chronic nasal congestion due to a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. It used to be a frequent struggle for me to get enough air from the nasal CPAP mask even after nasal irrigation, sprays and allergy meds. Dr. Stone took me seriously and agreed that breathing shall be an inalienable right. She explained the options, risks, and the pros and cons. She corrected my anatomical issues via septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery. Since then I have been able to breathe easily through my nose all day and night, even when I forget to use a steroid spray. Breathing has become my new favorite hobby! The support staff was responsive and helpful from preop to recovery. Scheduling was easy. I highly recommend Dr. Stone (and breathing, if you haven't been able to)!

Very patient and thorough. Helped me through multiple challenging conditions and referred me to other doctors when I wanted a second opinion. Responds quickly and patiently to my phone calls or emails with follow up questions.

I saw Dr. Stone for a chronic sinus problem, after having seen another physician for several years. Dr. Stone performed a procedure in the office that resolved the problem. I had already had 3 sinus surgeries with the other physician that had not worked. I wish I had found her sooner. She is professional, kind and caring and makes sure you understand your condition and treatment options. I can't say enough good things about her!

Waited an hour and was told by 2 other patients that waiting like this was normal. The visit with Dr. Stone was a bit rushed, she seemed to be a bit annoyed that I was not happy waiting an hour to see her.

Dr. Stone is probably one of the most personable physicians I have met in my life. She talks to you, not at you or down to you and discusses all possible scenarios, good, bad and ugly. I've read reports that you have to wait an extra few minutes to see her...so what. Her expertise and bedside manner are well worth the wait.
