People who rate doctors without identifying themselves and without writing reasons look like they are publically trying to hurt someone. This can be considered libel and illegal if the intent is done maliciously. What they are doing is hurting themselves . It shows they don't respect themselves or others. They are demonstrating immature behaviors and are malicious. RGS
