Patient, kind, and competent
Dr. Rizo is a wonderful doctor. My daughter had a fear of doctors, and Dr. Rizo was really patient with her. My daughter loves her. Dr. Rizo is very knowledgeable, caring, and kind.

Rene Esparza!!!!!
I was looking for a pediatrician and I heard a lot of good things about Dr. Rizzo, so I called looking for some information. The person who answered said he was the owner of the practice and the office manager, and he was extremely rude like I was inconveniencing him for the information, he was very facetious in his tone and very stand offish. It saddens me that this man is around children. I'm not even a client but this is the last thing I want around my children. My suggestion would be to replace Rene Esparza because I was looking for a new practice for my children unfortunately it will no longer be this office. And if you are currently a client I suggest you find a new practice.

Disappointed with your staff
My daughters records have been requested since November and your staff still can’t get them to her new pediatrician in Dallas. It is unfortunate because you are a phenomenal doctor, but will lose clients due to your staffs lack of urgency.
