Dr. O’Donnell is spread way too thin and extremely overpriced. She did not explain her fees properly and she charged us for time she did not provide. We were extremely disappointed as we had waited months to get help from her for our adolescent daughter. Dr. O’Donnell took no responsibility when we explained that she was not clear. We spent approx $1000 for 2 initial virtual meetings that were a total of 90 minutes with zero feedback or follow up. Shameful given these very difficult times, esp when trying to seek help for a child in need.

Dr O’Donnell we miss you so! Both of our kids saw Dr. O throughout their school-age years. She is brilliant and thorough and current and compassionate. World class, this one.

Dr. O’Donnell was wonderful. She is extremely smart and thorough. She took time to meet with me and my child. She gave a us excellent feeeback and recommendations and my son is doing so much better. Can’t say enough good.
