I am also shocked by the negative reviews on Dr. McEachern! She has been nothing but sweet and caring during my time with her. Not once has she ever been unable to answer any of my questions. She spends an amazing amount of time with her patients and is always concerned with our health. The office is never loud, chaotic, or busy, and her receptionist is always pleasant and friendly. I could not recommend a doctor more.

Like another patient, I am surprised by the negative reviews. My son has been seeing Dr. McEachern for 2 years now. She has always made us feel that we are her only patient, spending extended periods of time to answer all of our questions. She has a friendly demeanor and makes my son feel at ease. I have appreciated her approach to any testing that needed to be done. When we were having difficulty related to these tests (due to the hospital), she responded quickly to my calls and supported me in working with the hospital to get my son the care he needed. I would absolutely recommend Dr. McEachern.

I saw some of the negative reviews that were posted about Dr. McEachern and I am surprised. She has been my daughter's doctor for over 7 years and we have never had a bad experience. She is prompt, professional and knowledgeable and her front desk woman is delightful. I credit her for making a huge difference in my family's life.

She was very rude, the whole time at my visit. She would always tell me that I had the perfect BMI, and weight, but yet when I went back, she stated that she never said "Any of these things." The next visit (and final visit) I went to McEachern, said I was "Obese" and said eat subway as an alternative. If I could give this conceded doctor a 0 I would in a heartbeat. She would also always say "I don't know." shouldn't a doctor be ready to answer questions.

Today we experienced a rude, unfriendly doctor who rushed through and scared my young child. I almost walked out in the middle of the appointment. How can she call herself a pediatric physician? She never even asked my son's name or said hello to him or introduced herself to any of us. She was dismissive the whole time. She also was inconsistent in her feedback. She might be knowledgeable, but I couldn't receive what she was saying because of her very poor attitude and demeanor.

Dr. McEachern is extremely rude, dismissive and uncaring for her patients! Each time I asked a question as a mother for my daughter (the patient) she answered with "I don't know". How scary when a Dr who is treating your child "doesn't know " any answers to a concerned parents questions. We took our daughter to Bostons Children's Hospital, which have AMAZING pediatric endocrinologists that NEVER once answered my questions with "I don't know". For your child's health and well being, go to Boston!

Dr.McEachern was an extreme disappointment! Not only did she say several times during our appointment that she didn't know, but she also kept saying we were not a "match". I didn't think a dr gets feelings involved, I thought a Dr was to answer my questions. Well she could t answer not one question, after being 15 mins late, she was dismissive and rude. Closed her laptop and left the room saying she doesn't know. There should be a meme with her pic saying "I'm a Dr... I can't help you"! So sad!

Dr. McEachern was extremely condescending, disrespectful, and dismissive during out visit. At one point we thought she was going to literally roll her desk into our child. We were stunned! What’s worse is that she was wrong! She incorrectly disregarded all of our child’s symptoms, and we eventually had to go to Boston Children’s Hospital to get a correct diagnosis for our child. Steer clear of Dr. McEachern and go elsewhere in order to get proper treatment and care for your child.
