Dr Jacobson is a wonderful doctor. I have been going to her for years and she has also completed a successful surgery on me. I see some comments about bedside manner…I have not had any issues. She is thorough, answers any questions and follows up. Thanks DR J

Poor bedside manner
Dr. Jacobson was pretty dismissive with my concerns during my visit and when I asked questions she responded with a tone that my question was common sense. Poor bedside manner, and also seemed pretty judgmental on weight, mental health concerns.

My Dr retired and I was referred to Dr Jacobson. I have seen her a few times and have found her to be caring, patient and very thorough. She answers all my questions and I would recommend her, in a heartbeat!!!! Don’t understand the negative reviews, as my experiences have been very positive.

I've had Dr. Jacobson as my OB/GYN for the past 3-4 years. She's attentive, answers all of my questions in layman's terms, and makes sure I know what to expect during the visit (she's breaks down the process).

Dissatisfied..as being a patient with her for a couple months now after loosing my twins she tells me she can’t help me get pregnant because my weight?!! I will never be going back to this dr again. Who tells you you can’t have a child or there is nothing else more she can do for me? She was to quick to collect a check when she kept telling me to get an iud..

I had been having issues with the other obgyn I had been seeing. I was concerned when I read the reviews about Dr. Jacobson thinking I was going from one disaster to another. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jacobson. I felt like she answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. She took time to make sure I was comfortable and for once I didn’t feel rushed through my appointment. I found her to be very pleasant.

We are still traumatized from my experience 4 years ago. She called to confirm an (unexpected) pregnancy and asked if I intended to continue it. I was shocked by the pregnancy and question and made a comment that I wasn’t sure. We went for our first ultrasound (6 weeks 5 days) and she didn’t let us see the screen- just said there was no heartbeat. She said we could see an ultrasound tech in a week to confirm- but it was a miscarriage and would need a d&c. I have a healthy thriving 3 year old

I have to agree with the previous review. I saw Dr. Jacobson once and although she wasn't unkind, she seemed disengaged and uninterested. I almost felt like she didn't like me. When a person chooses a doctor's office, they do so because they are hoping to receive care that is timely, genuine and caring.

I would not recommend Dr. Jacobson as she lacks bedside manor and comes off very fake. I have seen Dr. Jacobson on several occasions (not by choice) due to her being the only Dr. available within the practice based on my schedule. There are plenty of great Dr's. out there....she is not one of them.
