Dr. Howell was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable. Extremely patient with my Dad. I can’t say much about her office staff. I had elderly father waited weeks to get in to see her they cancelled my appointment because I was 15 min later yet I waited over 3 hours for her. Doesn’t seem right. Great clinically office needs help. Hard to get ahold of staff I don’t believe got the messages to her.

Very good.I came to her after another Doctor criticized me for a reflux reaction I had. I was pleased because of her kind attitude which relaxed me and made the procedure successful. I will continue to go to her. She’s the best.

Rude, unprofessional and not trustworthy- She was late to my appointment and didn't even apologize for being late. Without making an eye contact, didn't really explain what the diagnosis was. I will be going to someone else for a follow up. It was one of the worst doctor visits.

Dr. Howell has been top notch throughout the diagnosis/surgery experience. She is very personable, compassionate, and has a down-to-earth personality. My throat surgery was a success with no complications. I highly recommend her.
