This woman had the nerve to talk to me so rudely in the office in front of other people and literally hold MY hearing aide hostage in her hands that they had for a month while demanding their loner hearing aide back AND a demanding the bill be paid in full because SUDDENLY they no longer send bills and they SUDDENLY don't accept payments anymore either. AND my hearing aide still doesn't work!!! Her and Dr Bohannon are dishonest and should be ashamed. After doing business with them for 20yrs!
