Excellent Doctor!
Dr. Baker-Palmer was truly concerned, helpful and explained everything down to the last detail while I was in the ER. She also gave extra insight into a very complicated health issue. I would recommend her to everyone!

She is very caring
She is very caring and took the time to listen. Also suggested things that my help with my issues that other drs haven’t even mentioned. I have seen several drs in last 4 yrs from Warsaw, ft Wayne, IU, Cleveland clinic and mayo in Rochester Minnesota not one of those drs treated me as good as she did.. we need more caring drs that take there time and actually listens to patient.

She lost her touch
I canceled my appointment after watching her Tik tok where she stated “don’t mess with the one who controls pain meds, needle length, and catheter size”. That should tell you how she really is.

Great doctor
It is too bad there were issues with staff at a previous office for her because that is almost entirely what the bad reviews are about. Although I agree that communication is key but now that she seems to not be there thought I’d leave her some love after a visit at stat care. She listened, was knowledgeable and quickly came up with a diagnosis and plan instead of treating symptoms and hoping for the best. She is great! And I found this page by looking to see if she was in primary care but sadly it seems she is not.

Unbelievably poor doctor. However, she excels at excuses. She makes her own priorities and complains about time spent to complete tasks… many of which go undone with just another excuse. Has a strong superiority complex, and isn’t afraid to treat others as less. Needs to work on patient education and communication without snark.

Dr. Baker-Palmer is a very caring and knowledgeable Dr. I do not like going to the Dr and have anxiety issues being in confined spaces. Her approach was very calming and made me feel comfortable. The worked with my schedule to get me in quickly and i did not have to wait long at all. Excellent experience!

Not Likely, even tho I really like Dr. Baker. I called to schedule an appointment, ended up leaving a voicemail. That was over a month ago. They still have not called me back. Poor customer service. You know what? I'm not putting up with that anymore. I'm going somewhere else.

Dr. Baker-Palmer has great bedside manner and I love how she is with my son. My problem I have is that no one ever answers the phone or returns messages when left. This has been an ongoing problem for me since I started seeing her over 2 years ago. I'm at the point now where I will be looking for a new family dr as I feel this is unacceptable.

Loved the doctor as far as her bedside manner and what I thought was genuine care and concern for her patients. However, her staff does not follow through with anything. From requests for refills to when the doctor wants to send you somewhere else for tests it will either end up not being done at all or you'll be scheduled for the wrong place entirely. After a year of this I couldn't take any more. I switched doctors for my own peace of mind and health.

Switched over to Dr. Baker Palmer last year and I liked her. Within the last year, I have never once been able to get through to a receptionist or phone nurse. No one ever answers the phone and sometimes an answering machine doesn't even pick up. Kind of impossible to have a Dr you can rely on when you cant even make an appointment w/them? The couple of times I was able to leave a vm, no one returns my calls. Its too bad for the doctor that her office is being run this way.
