Dr. Rebecca Bagley, MD

I went to Dr. Bagley for my 12-week checkup, excited to hear our baby’s heartbeat after a previous miscarriage. We arrived 10 minutes early but weren’t called back for 35 minutes, and when my husband checked with reception, they were rude. The nurse, Katie, was abrasive and bossy, leaving us both uncomfortable. When Dr. Bagley came in, she was dismissive and focused on unrelated issues, like quizzing me about my arm pain and correcting me over minor details and semantics. When we mentioned planning to deliver at Fairview, she argued that it wasn’t 'normal procedure' and insisted on consulting her 'higher-ups.' When my husband voiced our concerns, she accused him of being defensive. She even defended Katie’s rudeness by saying she’s 'one of our patients' favorite nurses' and mentioned she herself is 'normally 45 minutes late.' After some back and forth, I told her we wanted to check on the baby. Only then did she do so but by that point, the damage was done. We left feeling disrespected

Dr. Bagley was extremely rude to me right from our first meeting. I was a patient of another doctor in the practice that had relocated to another state. Dr. Bagley was given several of the doctor’s patients, myself included. She came into the office, 40 minutes late, didn’t say hello or introduce herself to me then sat at the computer ignoring me while I waited for her to read my patient history on mychart. She then turned to finally speak to me and asks me with a bothered attitude, so why are you here? I replied that I was scheduled to see her for my follow up/annual exam after my partial hysterectomy (ovaries not removed). She told me there wasn’t any reason for me to be there since I didn’t have a uterus! She then got up from her chair and told me to schedule a mammogram with the front desk on the way out that my office visit was done. She treated me poorly and behaved as if my time and health meant nothing. Shameful excuse for a doctor!

Dr. Bagley is the best doctor I've ever seen! She has been my OB for all 3 of my children and delivered my 2nd. She handled (infertility, autoimmune disorders in pregnancy, pre and post partum depression, complications with breastfeeding and every symtom pregnancy threw at me. She is always honest and will tell you her thoughts. I am sad I'm not having anymore children and won't get to see her 20 times a year!!

Not impressed. Did not connect. She seemed puzzled with my problem. Would not recommend her.

She did not make me feel excited about my first pregnancy at all. She was very cold and unwelcoming. Highly DO NOT recommend her.

Do not recommend her. Very disappoint with her.

I left the office almost in tears because she made me feel like an inconvenience. No empathy. Will not be returning.

Had two visits with Dr Bagley so far--she comes across as a doctor with no empathy at all. She does not seem to want to treat the patient as a person, rather a procedure to go through or a duty to handle. Will switch.

I had 2 different instances in which I needed to get in touch with Dr.Bagley. She had her nurses call me back, which was fine, until her nurses had to keep calling me multiple times to collect further information, when Dr. Bagley could have just spoken with me over the phone herself; this happened both times I reached out to her. Made me feel like I wasn't a priority. I will not be going back to see her.

She is very nice and listens well. However, she is always running behind on appts (15-20 minutes). I'm always being told to call if I have any issues, but her response time is atrocious. I was informed of a genetic predisposition and called to let her know. I didn't hear back from the nurse for over 48 hours, because the Dr. was working at the hospital and then had the next day off. I never had this problem with previous OBs.

She didn't care about my health conditions. She treated me like a policy instead of a person. Very impersonal. Definitely switching doctors.
