Dr. Rebeca Fajardo, MD

The WORST provider experience in this area. Diabetes diagnosis and treatment notes were made in my chart the day I provided bloodwork. I have never had diabetes. Multiple instances of incompetence by the NP De La Rosa Sanchez, Valerie, Natasha and Jay regarding accurate & timely submissions of referrals to my HMO. Slow, or non-existent follow up unless called by HMO. False and inaccurate information about whether a referral was ordered for me to the HMO and to me. On one occasion it took so long for a referral, I went to the ER. I requested transfer to a closer office which was never done. I filed multiple complaints about them with my HMO and would do the same with MEDICARE if I thought it would make a difference. They operate under the name Maxhealth which after all this incompetence decided to throw a luncheon at one of the local bowling alleys which I didn't bother attending. There are not enough characters to describe how truly awful Maxhealth is as a medical provider.

office was dirty.Staff changed my appt without my knowledge.Never got referral to pulmonologist.7 months wait for mamagram and no one cared.Also some of my meds were never refilled.

I just saw Jennifer Hessel NP at Dr. Fajardo's office about 90 mins after my scheduled time, to not get what I urgently need. She seemed overwhelmed. I have a large goiter with suspicious nodules that was supposed to be surgically removed, but was cancelled during COVID. My health plan was also terminated so I had to enroll in another, and I moved. So I am 2+ years behind in fairly urgent endocrinology needs, and Ms. Hessel refused my request for an endocrinology referral despite my growing 4+ centimeter neck tumor that is physically visibly/palpable (she didn't even touch it or examine it). Instead she ordered blood tests and told me to wait. No amount of testing will make this precancerous condition disappear. Hopefully my medical needs will not be delayed further in another appt. I'm giving 2 stars because they have been good at scheduling appts with fairly short notice but I'm wondering if that's because other patients have left? Will update here! Hoping for improvement!

My grandmother has been a patient of hers for about three LONG years! We are in the process of switching her insurance, so she is no longer a patient of “Dr.” Fajardo. In all of these years, she has physically seen my grandmother about three times total. One of her two Physician Assistants, is just as UNPROFESSIONAL as her, along with her office staff. The other P.A. that works there, was the only caring person that had seen my grandmother. Read the reviews! Clearly not every single stranger posting, is being dishonest. Keep your loved ones away from this office.

For me her rate is a '0" to "-5" !! I never received a service and attitude from a professional (and her office staff) so grovel. I felt I was "begging" for needs & rights that I had as a patient. Problems with referrals, communication, facilities but the worst part was the lack of professionalism from the staff, and from the "doctor"! In numerous occasion I was informed that my "insurance didn't cover the referrals I asked..." This was not true!! I had to called my insurance to deal with this abasement. This Dr didn't show up for my scheduled appointment to discuss the labs results. When I asked for her, they told me she was in another office, that there was no need for her to be with me. I received an "oral" reading results from a staff assistant that couldn't answered my inquiries. As a matter of facts, this lady gave me misleading information about my conditions. This is a serious professional ethical issue. OMG!

There no option for zero stars.. This is the worst experience I've had with doctors. If you have a chronic problem you will not get a referral for a specialist. They want to do it themselves.

Awful experiences here. She seems to know her stuff, but she and her office are inefficient and flippant. The first time I saw her I told her about a condition I had -- one that I had lots of care for attempting to solve the problem before I moved to Florida -- she waved her hands and said, "Oh, you will always have that." I kept her, but she lost me right there. I went only for labs. I gave up trying to talk to her about anything. I had trouble getting referrals and medications. Her office staff is inefficient. The place looked dirty. Awful all around. I think part of it was the medical insurance I have had. I had switched insurance and switched doctors.

Would like to leave zero stars. Dr Fahardo is the worst doctor. First of all she is only in the office one day a month. Second her ego is so big she refuses to give referrals to her patients who really need to see a specialist. She has been treating my mom for one year and she has not gotten any better but still wants to just give her meds that don’t work. She thinks a lot of herself, not her patients. Why should another doctor be able to bill insurance instead of her? She thinks she is the healer of every ailment. She thinks she is a specialist in every medical specialty. BTW the office manager is extremely nasty. She should not be near patients. Do Not Go There! ??????

Terrible doctor's office. Rude, mean, unprofessional staff. They don't put your appointments down, and then on arrival they say you have no appt. You wait weeks, even months to see a doctor. Dr. Fajardo refuses to prescribe your medications, which is amazing since you don't even see her. You see another doctor, yet she has the final say on your prescriptions without ever seeing you. I have had one of their staff hang up on me. Do not go to this doctor if you a seeking quality health care.

Dr. Fajardo's office staff is the worst I have ever experienced. They are extremely rude and argumentative. None of the staff listens to you. I never saw a doctor until my third visit to them. I needed to refill medications that I am on. They kept telling me they would ask the Dr. Then I was told Dr. Fajardo would not prescribe the meds I am on. I had not seen Dr. Fajardo, but another Dr. Guerrero. The staff was horrible. No communication between any of them. Do not go to this office for care!!

Dr. Fajardo’s staff at wesley Chapel Prmary Care office are the worst I have encountered. Angry, belligerent, rude treatment is what I have encountered in this office. I was never seen by Dr. Fajardo but was seen by another doctor there, a Dr. Geurrero. Dr. Fajardo however, ends up being the deciding factor on prescribing your medication that you are taking. She makes her decision to refuse your refills without ever having seen you. Do not go to this doctor or staff for proper medical care.

Have had three office visits & have never seen her. My most recent was Monday for a sick visit & did not get my medication until yesterday evening because the young lady did not know it didn't go through ( I called twice). I was horrified at how unclean the bathroom was, you could tell it had not been cleaned in a while & my appointment was a morning one.

Dr. Rebecca Fajardo is by far the best physician I've dealt with in Florida. She listens, she cares and she's very knowledgeable, and really goes into details on what health issue/s you are dealing with at the time of the visit to make sure you get the medication needed to treat the problem. This is one of the most important aspects of visiting a physician and very hard to find. KUDOS Dr. Fajardo!

Dr. Fajardo has been an efficient, caring practitioner in her profession. Her knowledge and personality have enhanced our ability to feel good and healthy again when we have been ill. I definitely recommend her.
