On the morning of March 12th, 2021, I went to see this Doc. What he greeted me was a cold , rude complaint"You haven't seen me for three years". He impatiently spent less than three minuntes on me. when I tried to tell him my ear problems, he mocked at me by saying" your English is to poor". when I asked his advise on if we could have a CT exam , he groomingly said "you don't need to tell me what to do" . this is the whole conversation during his three min with me. I have been in America for more that 30 years, and never seen such a ridiculously rude doctor. I felt insulted so left his office and refused to do a further hearing test there. I read the other patient review saying this doctor nerver care patients only money making, which totally agree.

Don't go there or you will lose your skirt by being overcharged for unnecessary procedure. This doc makes quick money on patients and the staff are trained to steal $$$ from you. The only good thing about this place is the minimum wait time and the reason is obvious.

Profits guided medical service, Very irresponsible; I was told to wait for the diagnostic results, but I was never called even after I recovered from illness. Also, the doctors sometimes stood the patients up in the clinic. I got cold after the nasal inspection, so i suspect the device was not fully sterile; there was an apprentice, the doctor showed the operation of the nasal inspection device without asking me for consent!!
