Great!
I went to Dr. Shebairo after knee surgery with a dr at hss didn't fix the problem. Dr. Shebairo didn't push surgery like the first one had. We tried pt, but it didn't work. So he operated my knee and fixed it! His bedside manner if fabulous! Just before I went under, I was very nervous, he reassured me and then I went under. After this surgery I had to see him for other orthopedic problems. Each time he was patient, friendly and understanding and did a great job! I can't say enough about him.

He did my IME and had Geico discontinue all my medical benefits when I’m still clearly injured. I don’t have all this money where I can pay out of pocket for my services. My injections are what keeps me going. What’s going to happen is once they wear off and I cannot afford them I’m going to go back to being in severe pain and becoming depressed again. My orthopedic doctor wants me to go for further testing but how when he had Geico close my case. Shame on you!!

The waiting room is extremely small, especially for an orthopedic waiting area where people may be on crutches. The front desk staff is indifferent and most people this afternoon waited at least 1.5 hours ( and I still hadn't seen him) Dr Shebairo might be a good doctor but there are plenty of good orthopedic doctors in the area. I left and have an appointment with an orthopedist from Winthrop tomorrow. No doctor should keep patients waiting that long, our time is valuable too.

There are many other excellent local orthopedists that do not make you wait 3 plus hours for an appointment. Office double books appointments and when asked why does a patient in pain need to wait 3 hours response was "he is private. If you do not like it sorry.".

Excellent doctor but horrendous waiting times, often over an hour, sometimes two hours. Front desk does the job but snooty, blase, ice cold.
