Very respectful, capable, yet friendly and understanding. He has been a tremendous help to this 79-year off female patient with incontinence.

Outstanding. Doctor patient relationship. Bed side manor. Knowledge. Optimistic approach. All outstanding. I went to the CC to see Dr Rackley hoping for relief and left in happy shock. Happy tears. 25 years of pain with little to no answers. I feel he changed my life. Hands down recommendation.

My mother, who is 84, saw Dr. Rackley for a severe vaginal prolapse. He tried to joke that it was hanging to her knees, was flippant and unprofessional. When my mother said she wants to avoid surgery, and asked for options such as therapy or support garments, he said " I can't help you," and then, " I don't have time for this". His level of unprofessionalism was astounding. My mother experienced extreme stress after seeing Dr. Rackley for the 5 minutes he spent with her.

I have been a patient of Dr Rackley for more than 10 yrs. I was diagnosed with a neurogenic bladder leaving me dependent on urinary catheters. After I cancelled a Botox injection, that does not help, has refused to refill my prescription for catheters. After 8 days of no response from staff or office I needed to start the process with my PCP. Without catheters I cannot urinate. I find it very shameful that he would not refill knowing I needed them for a medical necessity.

I couldn't disagree with the negative post from March 2016 more. Dr. Rackley is very professional and knowledgeable. I came to Dr. Rackley after being misdiagnosed by 2 other uroligists. I immediately felt confidence in him. He listened and explained my options. His associates also acted with the same professionalism. I would highly recommend Dr. Rackley andGlickman Glickman Urology for female specific issues.

Dr. Rackley demonstrated increasing levels of agitation in response to my clarification my disease process and treatment plan, at many times was inconsistent in explanation. After describing my chronic pain, Dr. described be as hostile and suggested I see a different Dr (which I did in during an immediate summary with the secretary) To sum, Rackley has very poor bedside manner and poor attitude. Gave 1 star because giving him 0 is not an option. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
