Dr. Raymond Pollock, MD

My 5 year old nephew who is developmentally delayed and has previous fears of the doctors, was seen by Pollock for pink eye and instead of communicating calmly with my sister (his mother) he walked out of the room because my nephew was afraid and didn't want to show the dr his eyes, after being in the room for minute. He then came back in and held my nephew down on the bed while sitting over him, yelling at him to hold still while he applied ointment to my nephew's eyes. My sister asked him to leave once he was done because my nephew was scared and crying. He then came back in and was rude to my sister and shouted at her at one point. I understand that the medical field is hurting and overworked, but no patient, especially a 5 year old, should be shouted at and treated this way.
