misdiagnosed
Totally misdiagnosed my child which delayed proper treatment. He was adamant my child had a dryer sheet allergy that caused a rash on his skin and was totally dismissive of other symptoms (fever, significant weight loss, lethargy, location of rash, strep) and my concerns. Did not value parental input. We ended up going to the ER later as my child’s symptoms worsened. ER diagnosed my child with scarlet fever (hence the rash), strep and Kawasaki’s disease. This was years ago but I think our experience is important for others to consider.

Dr. Johnson is a gem. It took me a very long time to find a provider that cares more about the child than about what he is billing insurance for. For those of you that like to have open discussions on the care and wellness options for your child he is the doctor for you. He truly lets you be the parent and guides/educates you on the decisions. Something that is very lost on most doctors today. Keep up the good work Dr. Johnson! We sure do love being your patient!

Dr. Johnson was amazing with my son. He took plenty of time to discuss my options with me and make sure I understood how he was developing and what I could do to help him develop further. I definitely recommend Dr Johnson.
