Although I have seen many advertisements of Dr. Fong, when I really need to find an ophthalmologist, I find that Dr. Fong's office is a very poor doctor's office, especially the representative who can speak Chinese is a very bad representative, she will deliberately Set up all kinds of obstacles for you, and don't give you a doctor's appointment. Such people should not be in the medical system. An experience that made me, my family, and colleagues completely understand that Dr. Fong's office is not what you want Find a doctor! All you see are ads for business!

Dr. Raymond Fong did an outstanding job in terms of correcting my astigmatism and cataracts through laser surgery. After surgery, I now have 20/20 vision, without glasses, in both eyes. In addition to Dr. Fong, his office has an accomplished and attentive staff who have seen to my needs in the office and in follow-up.

I can't find words of praise high enough for the care I have received from Dr Fong for over 25 years. I just completed cataract surgery and could not have asked for more attentive and thorough care. For the last years of her life, Dr Fong cared for my mother also, with attention and sensitivity.

Dr. Fong did a quick and painless laser procedure on my father's eyes because he had narrow angles. It literally took less than 2 minutes! The staff is courteous and patient. Addressed all of my father's concerns and explained in detail from the diagnosis to the post laser instruction on medications. Will definitely recommend family and friends to his practice.

My mom recently had an appointment at Dr. Fong's flushing office because she was seeing flashes of light. She was very worried but the staff made her feel welcomed and Dr. Fong reassured her that everything was fine. He had her go back for a visit with their retina specialist to make sure that her retinas was fine. My mom was very happy with the visit and felt much better after seeing Dr. Fong. She will be going back for yearly checkups or if she has any other problems with her eyes.

Very experienced doctor & friendly staff. My grandma had surgery done by Dr. Fong a few yrs back. She had difficulty walking and did not have many hobbies except watching TV. She used to complain that she couldn't see anything clearly on the TV. In fact, she couldn't even see her grandkids when they come over to visit. After my grandma had her cataract surgery for her 1st eye, she was able to see so much more. She was so excited that she insist on doing her 2nd eye ASAP.

I have been to a pretty good amount of I doctors as before my lasik I wore glasses all through childhood but out of the specialists especially to the ones I've been to in New York this office has been one of the much better expirences I've had. I appreciate dr. Fong taking his time to answer the long list of questions I had in my initial visit, that is something that sticks out to me, The patient and tentative manner in which dr Fong operates.

Dr. Fong is an absolutely terrible provider who cares more about making money than the quality and level of care given to his patients... His office is arranged in a conveyor belt kind of chain that allows him to "see" the maximum number of patients he can while spending very little time with them. Most of the provision was by office staff members, whom I wouldn't even be able to identify again given the chance. I switched myself and my parents to a different ophthalmologist for security.

This is one of the worst offices to ever go to, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this to place to anybody. The staff here is extremely rude. A staff scratched a lens of my glasses, I confronted her. She refused to admit that she scratched it when she was checking the prescription. The manager also kept denying the fact that her staff had scratched my lenses. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in my life. They talk about you in Chinese too assuming you can't understand.
