Pros: very nice guy, in-clinic vaccinations (flu, pneumonia). Cons: rude front desk staff, it is almost impossible to get a call back if you have a question, their medical app/port doesn't work, the staff blames you if there is a mistake, the staff expects you to understand everything they say, they lost my medical directives, they forgot to call in a prescription and I had to call no less than FIVE times to remind them to jump on it, the doctor prescribed me an incorrect dosage which the pharmacy had to iron out. Buyer beware.

Dr. Blum took a very difficult case and solved it for me. I was facing loosing my left leg and he identified and treated the infection. Within days of him taking my case, I knew I was in the right hands with Dr. Blum. He was caring and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner. I was very scared and nervous, he helped calm me and assure me that he and the team were doing everything they could to treat me.

Dr. Blum is a very caring doc. He was able to answer questions, of which I have many, in the manner I & my husband could understand. It is not inexpensive to have this expertise, but between him & his staff, very professional friendly.

He was pleasant, but tended to rush through the visit. Didn't go over my lab results, just said your numbers are good, and asked if I wanted a copy of them. His staff is among the rudest and most incompetent I've encountered anywhere. Dr. Blum referred me to a GI doctor for tests. His horrible front office staff never sent them any paperwork or referral, and when I called to ask about it, I spent several minutes arguing with his staff.
