Very caring
Dr. Blair takes all the time needed with his patients, although it causing him to run behind it is worth it when he gets to you. He has real care and concern for his patients

How can I bill Medicare more?
My 89 y/o dad has dementia and other issues, but the only thing that Blair (i can't bring myself to call him a doctor) seems to care about is scheduling the next appt so he can bill Medicare again. My sisters and I have been to all of the appointments with my dad the last few years and Blair hasn't offered one bit of helpful medical care. I know my dad is old and there isn't a lot that is going to change the course of time, but I would expect a doctor to at least try and do his job.

Blair is a good doctor, but his office staff is incompetent (especially the office manager) and has a very high turnover rate. I'd been going there for a few years, yet every time I'd go in they'd ask if I was a new patient. And now Blair's wife is the office manager. She is in general rude, at times truly hateful, and has outright lied to me, telling me the former office manager was no longer employed there. He was employed, but had been demoted. When I called to ask about an insurance problem (a problem on their end) she said, "Oh, Jesus..." under her breath to make sure to let me know I was an inconvenience. And it is nearly impossible to get a simple prescription (such as high blood pressure medication) refilled, even if you have been seeing Blair as scheduled every 3 months. Blair is a good doctor, but his office staff is so bad I finally dropped him.

The office staff is horrible. I tired to schedule an appointment after a heart attack and surgery over three weeks ago but have been unable to do so. I have been a patient for several years but was dropped and had to resubmit a new patient application because I had not had an appointment in over a year. I was told they would call to schedule an appointment after I submitted the application. It has been three weeks and no appointment.

Dropped my insurance without enough notice for me to find and other Doctor. I had an appointment to get my medications refiled (including Blood Pleasure Meds) but they told me I would have to pay full visit price . So now I have no meds and my insurance will not change docs for 30 day. In short they care only for your money not your health

DR. Blair is great! His practitioner Jennifer Hannah on the other hand is rude and not at knowledgeable about medicine. If you ask her questions she becomes defensive and tells you , " you are welcome to find another provider". This woman lacks any semblance of professionalism. I would rate Dr. Blair a 5 but his staff bring the scores for his practice down to a 2 at best.

After my husband & I waited 2 months to be seen as new patients we waited 2 hours passed our scheduled appointment because the office was running behind. Then Dr Blair refused to see my husband because he briefly stepped out of the office to run to our car. He wasn't gone longer than 2 minutes. I couldn't believe the gall of that Doctor! Made us wait 2mo then 2hours in office then refused my husband?! Needless to say we both walked out. Will never go back - Terrible customer service.
