Dr. Raweewan Hoontrakoon, MD

I thought that I made the right decision coming to see Dr. Hoontrakoon but it turns out, I should have heeded the warnings of others who had issues with her. She is knowledgeable but incredibly manipulative and condescending. I tried to foster a courteous relationship but she has been trying to dismiss me as a patient for over a year despite having no valid reason to do so. Billing is a nightmare and they blame me for my insurance not paying on claims despite that I have reached out to help multiple times. Her NP is no better in patient relations and might, in fact, be even more abrasive. Although I have zero trust in their staff, I wanted to continue seeing them for ease of care. However, that is no longer possible as they have falsified frivolous excuses to have me dismissed. Best of luck to other patients that see them for care.

The entire Staff is wonderful. Appointments are always on time . They take the time to listen & answer all questions.

I've been a patient of this practice for 4 years - the care is outstanding and all staff members are caring. They are always on time, listen carefully, and provide great care. The care plan has allowed me to greatly diminish my allergy symptoms and live a much richer life.

Dr H is kind and friendly and all the time needed to answer questions and explains things in a way that is understandable.

Doctor Hoontrakoon is what everyone is looking for in patient care. She listens, observes, reviews options, answers all of your questions and prescribes with pinpoint accuracy. She mixes in a humor with her medical knowledge. She is also a very kind and caring individual. Top shelf in medical care!

I love this office. The entire staff is so friendly, yet professional. Anytime I write something to Dr H or Sophia on the patient portal, it’s answered quickly. When I have an appointment, they listen to what you say, something not done everywhere. I highly recommend this practice

Dr H & Sophia G have been patient, supportive and very helpful in diagnosing the numerous problems that have come along with my allergies and EOE, they have a great team, I would highly recommend them for specialized needs.

Dr. Hoontrakoon is always thorough, knowledgeable and kind. She takes time to understand and address your concerns and questions. I highly recommended her.

Outstanding provider. Very thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable. She listens very well to and addresses ALL symptoms, not just those pertaining to her expertise. When further tests were recommended from a different provider, she or her staff followed up with a phone call or message. She is persistent in getting to the root of the issue. I have never been to a provider in which I felt more validated and cared for. The nurse practitioner, front desk, billing, nurses and medical assistants are also wonderful people to work with. I have never had to wait very long, appointments are easier to come by than other specialists, appointments are not rushed, and the office is super clean.

I've been going to Premier Allergy for almost 15 years and have found to be Dr. Hoonkatroon knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. I can't imagine seeing anyone else for asthma care.

We are happy to be patients of Dr Hoontrakoon! I typically am indifferent to healthcare providers, but am so appreciative of the care provided by Dr H. for my young son. She takes time to fully understand her patient's needs, explains her findings in great detail, and her plan-of-action for ongoing medication/dosage adjustments is carefully considered. I greatly appreciate her thoughtfulness, as I feel the medical industry is so quick to just hand out medications without pause or consideration of the long term affects. In addition she is just an overall wealth of knowledge. The office staff have always been kind, the office is clean, and appointments are always timely, but never feel rushed. We will continue to be patients as long as necessary.

I have been a patient of this clinic since 2013. Dr. H is always at the top of her game. She knows the latest evidence based practice and is continuously changing with the ever developing medical world. Her staff is flexible and understanding. They are accommodating in pinched situations. Today Dr. H told me she still remembers the first day I came into her office 7 years ago, she remembers the exam room we were in. She remembers where I had just moved from. She knows her patients, she cares about her patients. I will forever put my faith and trust in this office.

Seldom have I been so impressed and pleased with a physician. Dr. H is incredibly knowledgable, caring, and thorough. She explained my issue with total expertise and command of the science and provided a clear plan that achieved excellent results.

We are so unhappy with this office. They completely messed up our appointment scheduling (with a nurse, not the doc) and after waiting for forty minutes, they said we could wait around even longer for the doctor to be free, but she had a full schedule and it could be quite a while. Since it was their mistake, it would have been nice if the doctor could have stopped in and talked with us briefly. But they don't seem to care about their error. Will be going elsewhere for treatment.

Dr. Hoontrakoon is very thorough and up to date on the latest best practices for treatment of allergies and asthma. The new office is really pleasant, with wi-fi and charging facilities (important when you have to wait 30 minutes after your allergy shots for potential reactions). My children and I have all had good experiences with her and her staff.

I have been sick for four years seen several doctors with no good results Doctor H talked to me for 2 hours and she figured out what was wrong with me ! Doctor H is a smart lady who cares about her patients , very fortunate for me we found her!

She was very careless and wouldn't let me do an allergy test. She assumed I have no money and advised me not to do a test. I have money so not sure why she assumed that and to this day I still have issues because of her. She doesn't care about patients, her staff Ian very rude and slow and she judges people.she also wrote wrong notes on my account and then accused me of lying. Absolutely horrible doctor!

Dr H and her staff are amazing. In all my years, I have only found one other doctor that explains things well and makes me feel completely safe while treating me. She and her staff treat the patients more like friends or family. No one is a number in her practice. Everyone is polite, respectful, and extremely helpful.
