After being treated for almost a year by Dr. Jumean, my opinion is that is if you want an expert on the field of Rheumatologist, and a reliable and compassionate physician who is available in emergencies, you might want to consider another specialist.

She have highly committed with her pacients.

Dr. Jumean is extremely knowledgable and thorough. She was very detailed in her physical examinations and takes her time with her patients. She answered all my questions and concerns I had. She was not only concerned about my medical issues but my overall health, which is rare to see in a specialist, whom are only concern with the primary issues that you come to seek attention for. She has also educated me on overall health to that are risk factors for my conditions, which no other doctor has done for me in the past. She is truly an excellent physician and I highly recommend her. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and most of all caring. Her office staff is pleasant and go beyond the line of duty to help me obtain medications, find open fundings for medications I can not afford, and call my primary to obtain my referral. They are truly an amazing staff.

I was treated terribly by the front office staff, the medical assistant, and the doctor. My insurance claim was filed incorrectly by her staff, and I tried to get them to fix it so I could get imagining done for months. After beginning a treatment plan in Oct 2022, I was postponed or refused care so many times that it was Feb 2023 by the time I finally got through to speak about my experience to the Dr. She was extremely condescending and outright blamed me for her practices inadequacies. Rather than apologize for the mistakes her staff made and for the fact that they were outright rude to me when I expressed legitimate concerns regarding the effect that continuously postponing treatment could have on my health, she told me that I should have just paid out of pocket for the imaging because "it is less than the money I spend on my nails and hair every year."

Most arrogant physician I have ever dealt with. She was disregarded my symptoms and informed me my diagnosis of 5 years was incorrect despite documented tests and symptoms. She became irate when I questioned her about her about statements she made that I believed were untrue. She prescribed medication for me that was ultimately declined by my insurance, and then berated me for not bringing her the letter I received from my insurance. Silly me! I thought the insurance would notify her.

Dr. Jumean is a very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough with all her exams. She will take the time to help you whether at home or office. I feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Dr.Jumean has gone above and beyond to be sure that my complete health has been made first priority. Her office and staff members are friendly and helpful in every way. They are super speedy and respond to all my medical or drug inquires. Truly, I would recommend this medical office to anyone seeking answers to better their health and do so in a very personalized way.

I have always been impressed with how thorough Dr Jumean is. She doesn't leave anything to chance! She will personally call you to go through tests and her priority is the patient's health and care!! Couldn't be happier.

We had an extremely bad experience recently. The doctor was extremely rude. She disregarded any professionalism, and was literally yelling whilst ignoring what I was trying to say. She actually scared my 80 year old mother because of her behavior, but I tried to be calm. I left saying I’ll reschedule for another day but to be honest I won’t go back nor recommend this physician to anyone. Though the staff was great, I’ll will rate her ZERO.

She listened carefully to my concerns and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. In addition I found her to be a truly caring physician and a genuinely empathic human being. Doctor’s care is EXCELLENT!!! Dr. Jumean is very knowledgeable, kind, and funny. She is very detailed in her examination, something that most physicians now in days are not. I was every pleased with my treatment. Staff is courteous and professional, but most of all very efficient.

She is rude, impatient and, above all, gave my relative a wrong diagnosis. She got very impatient when questions were asked.
