Shame to have a great doctor let down by his staff
Dr. Singh is knowledgeable and thorough and answered all my questions but his staff is hopeless. They were meant to send a prescription to my pharmacy and they never did. I have been calling and leaving messages and emailing them, it is 2.5 weeks later and still, nothing. Shame to have a great doctor let down by his staff.

Erroneous Diagnosis and Terrible Responsiveness
I believe the doctor erroneous diagnosed me a driving risk. After I rec'd a notice from the DMV saying my license was revoked, I think otherwise. Over the last three years I've written and published two books, which you can see on a website I created, "author.Fleiss.com." I also play tennis 5-6 times a week and now teach 5 days a week in addition to playing tennis the other two days. I was irate when I rec'd the notice from the DMV. I've never gotten lost driving in the Los Angeles area. I'm not going to win a fortune on a quiz show for my brilliant memory, but I can manipulate numbers (multiply/divide/ etc.) probably better than 95% of the population. I've driven from my home in Cheviot Hills everyday for over three decades, Fifteen years to work, and for the last fifteen years either with my wife, children, or going/coming from playing tennis. I've driven to the SF area, San Diego, Vegas, Fresno multiple times as well as most cities in the LA and SD areas to play tournaments.

The worst staff they make you sign these forms that if you can't make it to the appointment, you will be penalized. if you dont go to facilities the have contracts with and profit from they play ping pong with you. dont care about your condition or your health issues all they care about is making more profit off of you.

Had to do my own research on Epilepsy medications and pretty much beg him to take me off of another epilepsy medication that was practically killing me with all the side effects. (he kept saying to come back in 4 months) Now that my epilepsy is under control he doesn't care about any of the side effects. He says "lets see how you are doing in 4 months" we asked if we could see him every 6 months since he's not helping anyways and I'm not having seizures, but he says i must return every 4 months.
