Waited over 15 mins in lobby and then over 45 mins for the doctor to come in after the nurse. The doctor did not read the medical survey they had me fill out and then gave me advice for problems I didn't have. Then I was told I couldn't get help until I took a test 6 months away.

I have called 3 times and left three messages after they left me a voicemail scheduling a time to pick up my in home kit. I have called 6 times with no answer and left three messages over two weeks and no one has called me back. I have left detailed information all three times.

Not a very personable provider. I was disappointed that the appointment was SO expensive for a 20 minute appointment. I tried to ask as many questions as possible in order to actually get my money's worth. The appointment has a 2 month lead time and could have absolutely been a phone call or virtual visit.
