Worst Dr ever
Two weeks I been trying to get my refill or an appointment to get refills to no avail. He closes at noon. His staff never relay the messages to him so I made my complaint to the medical board with numerous recorded conversations. This is ridiculous. I need my insulin!!

My mother in law has been seeing Dr Romero for 20 years with out a complaint. She says "When I see a doctor that I like I don't quit". Apparently her husband wasn't as satisfied because he doesn't take walk in's or sees anybody without an appointment. She appreciates his dedication, helpfulness and friendliness, thank you and God Bless

Dr. Romero has been our primary physician for decades. Yes, he is VERY compassionate and dedicated, but he is also HIGHLY skilled. My husband has serious health issues and Dr. Romero is on top of all of them with utmost care. I never had a bad pap test but it was Dr. Romero, not my OBGYN, who became suspicious and asked me to get a uterine ultrasound. My cancer was successfully removed at an early stage. Yes, I have a long and regular medical history with him but even so, I had a teleconference with him and I wasn't sure he could help me without actually seeing my feet. I assumed my loss of feeling was neuropathy but it was caused by lack of proper shoes/arch supports as I'd been wearing sandals or going bare foot during this covid thing. Dr. Romero is the BEST!

I had an appt @ 3:30 and arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. When I got there they told me I was late and my appt had been moved to 3:00. I was never notified of the change. They left a VM 4 hours before but they never told me about the change of time. Then told me because I was late the doctor would refuse to help me as a new patient. When I set up the appointment I let them know that I was currently ill and needed help asap. They only cared if I could bring cash.

I tried to establish Dr. Raul Romero. All I need is my 2 non-narcotic maintenance prescriptions renewed and my cholesterol checked because I have been off my statins for 4 months. His office manager told me that my needs were too high for his practice and that they are so busy that he could not see me for weeks. Then he told me if were a patient I would need to be seen every 3 months because I take Zoloft (for over 25 years). Does anyone wonder why our system is so screwed up?

I've been coming to Dr. Romero for quite some time now and I must say, I absolutely love him!! He's so friendly and warm. He sees myself and quite a few of my family members and we all have nothing but great things to say about him!!
