Outstanding physician providing me with years of successful pain relief. Primarily spinal and hips. Relieved neck issue with two treatments several years ago. In addition to his professional medical injections and nerve ablations, his personal care is superb: kind, sincere and always positive! And supported by a great organizational team that provides calm atmosphere when you are personally dealing with multiple area pain issues. God Bless??

If it weren't for Dr. Raul G. Martinez and his glorious nurses and staff (especially the front staff), I couldn't do the things I do today!! I've been going there for over a decade and they have truly changed my life...!!

Been coming here a few times per month trying to figure out what works for me. Seeing NP Erica and she has just been lovely throughout the entire process. But the ones that always get me are the nurses working in the back. They are extremely caring and don't get enough credit working behind the scenes. Thanks for all you do ladies especially Vanessa. She seems to go above and beyond. Appreciate the services of all.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martinez for several years. Initially, I came to him from a referral by my neurosurgeon, Dr. Donald Hilton. Every procedure that I have had by Dr. Martinez has been successful. He is experienced and extremely knowledgeable and confident--necessary traits that one would want in a physician who will be treating areas around your spinal cord. He is also kind and explains the procedures in a way that a lay person can understand. He makes you feel confident in his ability and in his genuine care and concern for you. His staff is friendly, well-informed and most helpful. I can't imagine going to any other pain management physician should I need one in the future.

I actually have been to see Jacqueline Ramirez the PA and have been very pleased with all of my visits with her. I appreciate how she explains things to me and helps me be more knowledgeable about my own care and treatment. and aside from that everybody I've come in contact with from the woman that checks you in the one that makes the follow-up appointment and the nurses plus with the doctors of getting two injections have always been pleasant experiences.

5yr+ patient---finally some higher seats in the waiting room. most all of us have need to sit more erect, w/o having to plop down and have a very hard time getting back up. Is this (the low seats) a way to further impede the patients progress in getting better? looks like job security for the staff----HMMMM?

I have been received pain management from Dr. Raul G. Martinez and his very friendly staff (hi Bea) for over 10-years. Greater than 11-years ago, I was hunched over and not doing much because of my L4-L5 area. I am now able to have a life, virtually pain-free. Dr. Raul G. Martinez, basically, saved my life.

Dr. Martinez and his staff are number 1 in my book! They always return my calls in a timely manner, always in happy moods which is hard to come by now a days in a doctors office, they are organized and have an effective system which any requests I need they are always there to help. Bea in the front desk is my favorite person there. She always greets me with a smile and a quick laugh before I go to the back. We need more dr office like this one! Thank you and I’ll see you at my follow up

His main receptionist is RUDE, Betty(Bea)!! To this point everytime I’ve been in we had words then cuts me off and closes the window. 3 visits and I’ve yet to see the Doctor, I’ve seen nurses and practitioners. I’m calling my attorney to find another pain management doctor that isn’t billing for “doctor visits” for thousands of dollars and not even seen the doctor once. The breaking point was his office staff!!

Wen't in and after a few visits, the doctor asked me if i thought i had a problem taking pain meds. I needed that push. I went to a neurologist and found out I had stage 4 peripheral nephropathy, lupus and a problem with my lower spine. Thank goodness i had to see this quack to find a real doctor that i found on my own. This doc is a waste of time. stay away, find a real doctor, who finds out the cause of your medical issues instead of just staring at you and try to diagnose you. Thanks Dr Marti

Poor staff, only saw Dr. Martinez in my initial visit, after that it was Annel Clark. She doesn't know what she's doing. Been going there for years and all they do is referral to pysical therapy or give epidural steroid injections. Pain meds they don' t like to prescribe. Poor practice.
