Can't Complain!
I have been a patient of Dr. Mathews for a few years now and the only con I can think of is that she's typically late (15-20min) to our appointments. However, she is always thorough, kind & patient. So, assuming she is like that with all her patients, I have no problem waiting a bit longer to see this doctor who I throughly trust & respect. I have been with doctors who are always on time and speed through appointments for time management purposes, and I definitely prefer Dr. Mathews' style. She's wonderful.

She's more than 1 hour late and I was the first patient! No update and kept me waiting the whole time. I had to cancel the appointment because my parking ran out!

I have already talked my spouse and elderly parents into choosing Dr. Matthews as their PCP. I have been a patient of hers since 2001, and would not want anyone else to care for my general health. She is thorough, extremely thoughtful, patient and friendly. I have never felt that she was rushed and just "putting up with" me in order to move on. I highly recommend Dr. Matthews!
