Waiting almost an hour and a half for test results it’s absolutely crazy when you check in 15 min before your scheduled appointment as asked. I can’t even believe it. She’s great but I don’t think waiting well over an hour for an appointment is worth it. I would expect this from Kaiser but not this…

We were referred by our pediatrician. Upon arrival, the Front staff was not welcoming nor communicative. Dr. Ngouamba was the abosolute rudest physician i've ever encountered. She was so unprofessional, condescending, and a horrible first impression for my daughters first ever visit to an OBGYN. Her license should be taken away, it was that bad.

Fast talking,abrupt,rude!Billed my insurance for lab tests that were not done.Made me pay a specialist co pay instead of a primary copayment. Bad bedside manner.BAD VISIT.

I had a great experience with Dr N’Goumba and her nurses. I was always seen in a timely manner, she was helpful and knowledgeable and guided me seamlessly through insurance issues and ultimately to a healthy birth! I highly recommend.

I absolutely love Dr. N'Goumba! I had a bad experience with the OBGYN that treated my first pregnancy, to the extent I stopped going to get check up for more than 4 years after having my daughter. When I got pregnant with my second child, I also had a bad experience with the new OB who was treating my second pregnancy. I was very frustrated, scared and discouraged. To be quite honest, I would've stopped going to the OB if it wasn't because I was pregnant, but all of this changed after a friend recommended Dr. N'Goumba. She made me feel safe and made sure to listen to all my concerns and questions. She treated the rest of my second pregnancy and her bedside manner was great and more importantly she listens. I would recommend Dr. N'Goumba to anyone. She is professional, kind and knowledgable.

Dr. Ngouamba is impatient. She gets annoyed at the questions you ask her if she thinks they are dumb. You can see that clearly on her face. She is very knowledgeable and smart, but her clinical abilities are overshadowed by her poor bedside manner for gynecological issues. I think she enjoys taking care of obstetrics patients more so than gyn. Moreover, I have often waited an hour to see her. Her nurses are excellent and very caring for which I provided an extra star.

I had a very rough time at another hospital with a stillborn in 2016. i was doing some research and found Dr. N'gouamba got an appt two days later and when i met her and told her my recent experience she told me lets pray. I'll never forget that. She then took care of my 2nd pregnancy and took really great care of us. She scheduled my csection 7/6/17 and it was the best experience ever. she even circumsized my son and its perfect. i live in CT and will see her again for my next baby. I love her

Ive never written a review but i felt needed to do one in this case. The office staff is very unprofessional.. i was just on the phone to be transfered from the operator to the office Secretary kristie and they didnt know the line was open. The Secretary was upset that i said i could not make it for the time suggested and said she cant even start to tell the operator about 'this one' being me the patient. I stopped her thereand she switched the convo to say she was trying to get me another tim

Excellent doctor! She did my hysterectomy and there were no complications. She gave me excellent guidance before and after and my scar is very tiny, you can barely see it! Great followup afterwards. I have recommended her to other women including pregnant and planning to get pregnant. They all love her!

I absolutely love Dr. N'goumba. She is very nice, and very friendly. I highly recommend her to my friends and family for sure.

Initially, I was hesitant on even visiting with Dr. N'Gouamba due to some of the reviews I have read. However, I was able to get an appointment the next day to see her for fibroid issues. During my visit Dr. Ngouamba was very professional, kind, answered every question I asked and above all was very thorough with her questions and testing. The doctor even suggested that I interview various Obstetricians for my care before I made a final decision.

Dr. Ngouamba was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend her.
