Top Notch Physician
It is impossible to convey the wonderful care and treatment I have received on numerous occasions from Dr. Shafiq. He has spent a lot of time with me on every appointment, and I have never felt rushed. He is very patient and takes time listening. Dr. Shafiq is extremely thorough, explaining and answering all questions I may have. He explained the results of tests, showing me in detail on his computer. When I needed medication, he even followed up over a weekend to make sure I was tolerating it well. I have never had a doctor care so much! Dr. Shafiq is a terrific and knowledgeable physician, easy to communicate with, who truly wants his patients to get well and is a very caring person! I highly recommend Dr. Shafiq.

Wish more doctors were like him!
I wish more doctors were likeDr. Shafiq. He’s so thoughtful, funny, professional, honest, and on top of everything. I was dreading this test for many years, but my dad finally convinced me to go see him when I was about to be scammed from an at home sleep test company. So glad my dad introduced me to him. I appreciate his efforts to make sure I was prepared and comfortable for my sleep test on Friday night. If you are looking to complete a sleep test look no further. Dr. Shafiq is your guy!

As am transplant survivor on immunosuppresants, Dr. Shafiq has been a godsend in patiently treating me for a variety of upper respiratory conditions. He is a soft-spoken gentleman who goes out above and beyond to provide his patients with the best of care.

I can't say enough good things about this Dr. I had a horrible case of post Covid Pneumonia. He was able to see me quickly, spent a lot of time with me, put me on a plan. One week later I am much better. Went in for a follow up today, again he spent a lot of time with me and laid out a plan for the next 4 weeks. He is really a great Dr.

I recently visited Dr. Shafiq, as I have a long standing sleep disorder history. First of all the office staff was so nice and cordial and gave me timely reminders of upcoming appointments. Mostly I dealt with Sonya (sp??) and she was sweet and efficient and a pleasure to work with. His Nurse Practitioner/RN was also helpful and friendly (sorry I'm not great with names). Dr. Shafiq was a model of patience with me. (I say I am the Princess and the Pea when it comes to sleeping). I was very anxious about this procedure, as I've had three other sleep studies in the past 15 years, with different sleep labs and it was an exercise in frustration and futility for me. Dr. Shafiq worked with my particular issue in a patient and constructive manner with a lovely sense of humor, efficiency and expertise. I highly recommend him. I'm a retired RN and I feel as if I set a high bar when it comes to any medical practitioner.

Dr. Rashid Shafiq is the worst human being I have come across. TLDR: He has no control of his mind. A video of his bad behavior will be uploaded. He also doesn’t know how to respect a patient’s time and cannot keep up with his appointment. He advises patient to wear masks but he never does. He’s the rudest ever physician ??? I ever met. He yells and yells and very UNPROFESSIONAL. He has to understand that people PAY HIM FOR medical SERVICES only and not for BARKING? at them.

Talk about - Excellence in executing end to end patient experience of the highest standards. Here is what I really mean... from the time you call, the welcome voice of the front office of the clinic making your appointment, flexibility to choose the time of the appointment beyond the office hours just to fit my preference, to the quick 5 min check-in upon arrival & then a truly caring experience of time spent with Dr. Shafiq where he made me very comfortable, shared the details of my diagnosis

I really like Dr Shafiq. My son had a collapsed lung and went to the ER. Dr Shafiq was called in as a pulmonary specialist, and he cared for my son for his 5 day hospital stay. He is knowledgeable, patient and personable. If anyone in my family needs a pulmonary doctor in the future, it will be Dr Shafiq.
