Dr. Singleton is great, but he tends to hire pretty awful office staff. His office is so derelict of their job duties, that I am switching pain doctors. This is going to be a huge inconvenience, but I can't deal with the rudeness and laziness any longer. They don't return phone calls, emails, etc. It's almost impossible to schedule an appointment.

Definitely do NOT recommend this vindictive and hateful individual. Our experience was traumatic. He abandoned care for absolutely no reason and caused significant pain and suffering. He’s lucky my husband lived. He should not be allowed to practice medicine in my opinion- because he inflicts more pain than he alleviates. He hides behind his rude angry and unprofessional office staff. Extremely poor communication by the entire practice. I also feel he embellishes his documentation and that it’s not always truthful. Nothing caring and compassionate about this place.

My daughter is a client of Dr Singleton. She has been having an issue with her insurance paying her bills and has been trying diligently to get this corrected. It’s all due to a referral that has been sent by her primary care provider. He knows she has insurance coverage. His staff treats his customers poorly and he allow it to happen. My daughter is trying to contact them to make things right but they will not answer her calls or they hang up when she calls. I let her call from my phone number so she could get through and they answered right away. Now he is refusing her services and she cannot get the medicine she needs.

I was a patient for years.. But when I tried to make an appointment for spine injections I was yelled at by an office staff member. Regardless of anything, under no circumstances should a person in the health care field yell at or make a patient feel like they don't matter. Ever. Very unprofessional.

Recommend any potential patients review his current disciplinary actions, formal complaints and charges with OAC (via Colorado.gov.dora)with the state of Colorado before considering him as your care provider. Definitely some shady practices.

I was a patien at his office near parker that recently closed, I was very satisfied with the people and doc I was seeing but once they decided to close we were all told we would get 2 months of meds to get us through till eitherhe opens his own office or find a new doc. But the 2nd month was not called in and I'm now gonna be out of meds and they will not respond to the email the gave and said to email with any rx problems. This make life rather difficult. And painful.

Dr Singleton was recommended to me by my Neurologist for a non-pain related illness that I have that is treated with pain medication. My Neuro thought that Dr. Singleton's experience with that class of drugs would be helpful. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Singleton. He is very knowledgeable. He has been more helpful that the previous handful of neurologists that I have seen. Dr. Singleton is not a doc that hands out meds but will find what works for you.

Dr. Singleton is a Godsend for me. I was "dealing with" a family practice who was quite reluctant to ever refer me to any specialist (he blamed this lack of care on an older woman who supposedly was "very busy. " As time went by, it became apparent his reluctance to refer spoke mostly to his fear of losing "one of his patients " I had been suffering with a broken knee and dislocated ankle for 2 years by the time I was lucky to find Rasheed Singleton. I have a treatment plan now. Most grateful!

It has been 2 years sinceI was at this office. Thank goodness for the turnover in staff. The girls at the desk before we rude and incompetant. They never returned my calls and over billed my insurance company. The doctor was always great w me, he never rushed me and listened to all of my needs. The new staff,Dawn maire And the other girl have personality and intellegence. No problems with anyone.
