I was ABANDONED by Dr. Ernst. She sent a letter dated February 14, 2020, but mailed it in March! It said she was joining a concierge group and could only accommodate her current patients for 30 days after the date on the letter. I immediately called her office , March 6, 2020, to have an order for a LIpid Screen sent to my hematologist. I was told it would be sent, but received a phone call the following day that Dr,. Ernst said my new PCP , should order it. I could not get a new PCP, prior to the hematology appointment so the test was not done. On March 12, 2020 I sent in forms to Dr. Ernst's office to forward my medical records to my newly acquired PCP. They were received on March 13, but never sent to the records department until April 3, 2020. Today, April, 14, 2020 I met my new PCP and learned that he had not received any medical records from Dr. Ernst. I thank God, that during this pandemic, I did not have a need for a PCP, to approve any covid testing as I was abandoned!

Awful - Had been going to her for a couple years. My prescription ran out and she would not refill without me coming in for an appointment. Unfortunately, my insurance changed and she no longer accepted it. Asked her for just a 30 day refill so I could get scheduled with a new doctor and she told me to go to an urgent care or the ER. Guess money is more important than your patient's health. Went 2 weeks without thyroid and blood pressure meds.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ernst. I am lucky to have had a friend recommend her and I'm glad I followed through with her advice. I would recommend her to anyone as she is easy to talk to, very smart, and organized. I'm going to start bringing my kids and husband to Dr. Ernst. She's great!

I am new to Naples and have gone to Dr. Ernst twice now. In both cases, she was very thorough, thoughtful, and provided everything I needed in a timely, professional manner. The accessibility to x-rays, etc. in the same building was a great bonus. I am very happy with her care.

She was an ok doctor, but she is a scammer when it comes to billing. I went in for a physical, and because I asked ONE question about anxiety and she gave me a piece of paper with names of therapists on it (that I didn't ask for and that I could've looked online for) she billed me for a separate office visit. She then told me I had to come back to review my blood work as part of the physical and I was billed for that as well. So I am stuck with $166.06 when I shouldn't have.

I have never had a doctor come in with a whole plan outlined and evidence that she actually prepared for my visit until I met Dr. Ernst. This was impressive. She's amazing. I'm lucky to have her.

If you're looking for a doctor that you can talk to like a friend, Dr. Ernst is the one. She makes you feel comfortable and explains things in a way that non-medical people can understand. I recently had a specialist appointment with another doctor and felt lost when I left. She went through the specialist's note with me and explained everything to me. She told me part of her job is to translate what specialists are recommending and to make sure I'm comfortable with my options.

Not a good experience and sorry that I was handed off to her after our MD of many years left. Didn't look me in the eye, very few questions, seemed not to care about overall health or history, seemed in a hurry to move on.

WORST annual exam in my almost 60 years was with Dr. Ernst. She did NOT ask me any questions about my health or how I have been feeling. I, as a patient, had to bring up issues that I was concerned about, since she didn't ask me a single question and seemed as if she was in a rush to leave the exam room. If that weren't bad enough, during checkout I was charged for 2 visits since I brought up concerns during my annual exam. It is disheartening to know that the wellbeing of others is in her hands

One star is honestly to nice, this is the absolute WORST provider I have ever met. She doesn't seem to care or even know what she's talking about. Her nurse is just as bad. You call and call call and never get a call back and when your speak to one of them they sound as if you are bothering them. I've seen a lot of doctors in my time but this is honestly the worst physician I have had the displeasure of knowing... totally unaccomadating, and is always behind will make you wait days to be seen...

I would NEVER recomment this doctor to my worst enemy. She had me scared to death for nothing. Led to believe I had kidney failure for over 3 days when it was just a lab error. Couldn't get back in to see her and then she went over EVERYTHING else first and I couldn't believe she just wouldn't tell me what was wrong. My father died of Renal failure, so this mis-diagnosis was really hurtful to me. She is horribly inexperienced.
