Dr. Randolph Lamberson, MD

Did not listen, has a computer googling things he things you have. Waste of time.

Dr. Lamberson saw me right away. His staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Lamberson is one of the brightest, most caring doctors I’ve seen. I would recommend him to others.

His genuine concern for his patients and experience show in the way he answers my questions. He is willing to spend time with us.

He speaks harsh to his nurses as I have witnessed and listen to and feels he is always right and the patients are wrong. Would not recommend to work for him or receive his care of service. Wait time is awful. Getting refills for meds are very awful it took 2 weeks before I got my meds refilled! Front desk girl is very nice and polite and seem to know her stuff she told me she was leaving because of the treatment from the doctor. Great staff awful doctor. The new manager is great as well.

I have been a patient of Dr Lamberson for a few years , and although his staff is courteous and professional, he has changed . At my last appointment my wait time was over one hour , he was rude , insulting and lacked any measure of compassion and did not call in the antibiotic I saw him for . He is no longer my doctor and can try to humiliate someone else .

He would not listen to my concerns. Have a history of asthma. Ask him multiple times to refer me to a pulmonologist, said I did not need to go to one. I am now getting chemo for stage 4 lung cancer. Would not recommend him. We should all learn to be our own patient advocate!!!

I set an appt with Dr. Lamberson bc my previous doctor had no openings. I live in Chelsea & was hoping to switch to Dr. Lamberson to save on travel time. Upon setting the appt, I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my 9:30 appt. I did, & proceeded to wait & wait. I figured the conversation I heard from the back was a sign that he was thorough. There were 2 patients in the waiting room when I arrived. I was called back around 10:15, & the nurse, who was very nice, checked my vitals. I waited. From the room next door I continued to hear conversation. Now closer, I heard words like "Auburn," "running back," "the government," $3,000,000." I stuck my head out & asked the nurse if I had been waiting an hour for him to talk about football. She was apologetic. I waited a few more minutes & decided to leave. The receptionist (also nice) refunded my copay. I sat in my car on the phone a few minutes. As I started my car, the patient before me walked out. It was after 10:30. Would not recommend.

Dr Lamberson is a great Doctor that takes time to give you a correct diagnosis and the correct treatment. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Lamberson is always very thorough with his exam and plan of wellness. He is a straight shooter and is very good at understanding each patient’s background and condition and how to treat the issues. I love going to him.

The staff is professional, friendly & prompt. From the blood draw to the follow-up visit, every things was easy & friendly. I highly recommend Dr Lamberson & his staff.

Dr. Lamberson has taken care of myself and my family for over 20 years. Each year he has continued to provide outstanding care, the likes of which I have found no equal. Dr. Lamberson listens and answers questions very well, and makes it feel like he understands you and your needs.
