I felt NOT listened to, not taken care of properly
I was overcharged for my endoscopy and it took 3 months for my $150 to be returned. Dr. Vallero was not terribly interested in my situation, nor my issues.

A caring and professional clinician! First rate!
He’s a gentleman and a gentle man, too. And of course a first rate clinician. He’s been my GI specialist now since 2019 and I am grateful for his thoughtful and caring approach. He is detailed but also takes time to be engaging and friendly. Simply superb and in observing how he engages with colleagues and other professionals, he is equally thoughtful too. Strongly recommend him without qualification. And, the Sutter Endoscopy Center, Roseville is first rate too!

I have seen Dr Vallero for over 14 years and he had always been very kind to me. I recently went back to see him after seeing his PA and had questions about a possible liver biopsy. I have recently had weight gain and I felt like I was a child being berated. He was looking straight through me and not seeing me. He told me to lose weight by June or he would have to do the biopsy. I am a nurse and know doctors have bias. His must be weight. I don’t want to see him again.
