Dr. Randeep Bajwa, MD

My mother is a patient of Dr. Bajwa, first of all, let me start with an interaction that I had with him during one of my mother's visits. He wanted to prescribe yet another pill for her to take and when I questioned him about it, he became rude and condescending, making a statement in front of my mother stating and quote, "What, do you want her to die." I put him in his place and told him exactly about his rude, condescending self. Today, (09-16-22) my mother had a 10:30 a.m. appointment in his Manteca office. I left work and drove from Modesto to Manteca to take my mother to her appointment, only to be told that he would not be back in the office until 1:00 p.m. We received no phone call informing us of this, I did receive a call the day before confirming the appointment, but no call canceling it. Inconsiderate, my time and my mother's time are just as valuable. Unfortunately, I am not able to file a complaint to the Medical Board about this, believe me, I researched it. My rating is specifically for his Manteca location, not his Stockton location. His staff at the Stockton facility has always been very professional and polite over the telephone. However, his Manteca staff has always been unprofessional and rude, every visit I have accompanied my mother to.
