Quick, efficient, professional.

You first see the PA she’s great she’s listens , helpful , professional , & gives you the injections. Then you see Dr. Yee for 3mins tops . Sometimes he has interns in the room before asking your permission . He’s good at what he does & is professional . In reality it seems like PA Alyssa who mainly see’s on your visit first or treating you of any others needs. Front desk is great & MAs in that area not sure but be careful with conversations when patients are walking by gossip is not attraction. Caring for patients with compassion is the main key. That’s why I give it 4 stars .

Pain in both knee

Diagnosis was completed on an old X-ray report. (2 years old).But the problem was solved to my satisfaction.

It was a follow up visit, went smoothly, answered all my questions.

He doesn't sugarcoat things and gets straight to the point, which I appreciate. He gave me options and let me know the decisions were mine to make instead of a bunch of doom and gloom talk and pressure.

Dr. Yee’s PA reviewed my X-rays and discussed when to remove my sling, that they would schedule a Cat scan to confirm that my broken bone in my shoulder is healing correctly. After the Cat scan - another Dr visit and then physical therapy. Dr Yee spent less than three minutes with me for the entire visit (relying on the PA opinion based on her review of the X-rays.

The staff are always aware of every person coming and going. Keeping track of patients that need to sign in and those filling paperwork out. I signed in right before my appointment and I got out at ten something. Always have you Insurance Card and Driver's License ready when you walk in.

Dr Yee is a very good surgeon and a likable person in my opinion. He doesn’t take a lot of time with you, he gets to the point, but if I have questions, he will certainly answer them. The process at his office: 1. Arrival (sometimes too crowded and too long of a wait) 2. Assistant brings you back in the room and asks you some questions. 3. PA will come in and ask you more questions. 4. Dr Yee will come in with some interns. I prefer to just see Dr Yee and I let them know. I don’t feel comfortable having to see so many different people.

I've gone to see him a few times, and each time it's been about the same - wait for a long time, but he only spends a few minutes with me during the actual appointment. He expects patients to just know everything and offers no explanation even when I have questions.

Dr. Yee and staff are professional and pleasant, very supportive.

I was able to get in and out fairly quickly and everyone was very nice.

Dr. Yee and his staff were very attentive and clearly spelled out different options for the care of my osteoarthritic knee. I appreciated that I was able to secure a quick appointment given how busy their office always seems to be. You may have to wait a bit, but it's worth it!

Rotator cuff surgery failed, never gained strength in my shoulder. My shoulder now has a second rotator cuff tear. My visit with Dr. Yee is now blaming it on a neck issue and forgot I still have a rotator cuff tear and but insisted I don’t have a shoulder problem. Very disappointed in the care I received.

After talking to Dr. Ye and Skip, I felt very confident that my operation will go well.

My first visit with Dr. Yee was fantastic! He's pleasant, very professional with a positive vibe. And may I add, He has earned his high reputation for excellence. I do highly recommend him.
