Dr. Randall Russell, DDS

I was provided an "estimate" upon getting surgery. Almost 1 year later I received a bill for $378. The office said that a page had gone missing at the insurance company so that a "portion" of the bill had not been accounted for. Had I know that the procedure was not only hundreds more than another surgeon, but close to double, I would have gone to the other highly recommended surgeon. The office staff was not only uncaring, but told me that there was nothing that could be done. Now I am stuck paying an additional $378. Proceed at your own risk as I have a feeling that this has happened before.

I had an emergency being told it was an abcessed tooth by another MD. The staff is a wonderful reflection on Dr Russell’s practice. They took me right in, we’re very caring and concerned. TU Dr Russell for your kindness and expertise!! Mary

I called his office at 7 a.m. on a Monday with an emergency situation. I had a infection from a bone graft procedure from another dentist for a month. Dr. Russell had me in his office by 7:45 and wouldn’t let me leave until he performed the procedure, worked me into his full schedule to do it. Very grateful for him and his staff. Highly recommend Dr.Russell.

Dr Russell was referred by my dental care office for orthodontal (implant surgery)..The procedure from the first to last appointment was highly professional and very efficiently managed..He and his very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff quickly erased any anxiety that I had concerning the orthodontic work that would be necessary for the implants by explaining the procedures involved and answering any questions that I had. they are truly outstanding!!
