Visiting Dr.Jacobs was a waste of my time and energy. After a diagnostic procedure, he prescribed me an unbelievably expensive drug that I needed to go to Canada for and after 4 weeks of taking it I was extremely ill, worse than before I saw him. When I told Dr. Jacobs this, after waiting two hours to see him for five minutes, he told me that I either continue to take this drug (at a higher dosage!) or he will put me on a drug that is worse for me and cause me worse symptoms. Come to find out later from my primary doctor, the reason I had to go to Canada for this drug because it was banned in the US. It can be used as a plan B drug and it was messing with my already imbalanced hormones! Appalling! The way he treated/spoke to me, I have never felt so disrespected by a doctor. My primary agreed that I should never go back to him. I am writing this to warn others, find yourself a better doctor who actually cares about your well being.

Dr Jacobs was efficient and dealt with my problems immediately. Very understanding and listens to patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone with gastrointestinal or other stomach issues. Very proactive and effective practice.

I went to Dr. Jacobs with issues due to many adominal and groin issues after 2 hernia mesh repairs. So much changed afterwards. A lot of pain. My 1st visit, he reviewed my records and discussed my history with me. He asked me questions as he broke everything down. He is going to go through a process of elimination, putting the worst option last. But instantly made a game plan. Nice man and very qualified...
