Such a cool and down to earth man. If I could see him as a regular GP, I would. I was visiting from out of town, was due to board my return long-haul flight the following morning, and needed proper diagnosis and prognosis. I had serious doubts I could make the flight in my condition (horrible rib pain). Not only was he on the ball, he gave me much needed reassurance. Would highly recommend him and his nurses. Thank you, Dr. Randal!

After seen different doctors for an ear infection and hearing loss, I decided to go to the ER and Dr. Seriel saw me right away and was so kind to me that I needed to share my experience. People forget the reason why a person goes to the dr. They go because they don't feel well and they need a dr. To make them feel like they are in good care. Dr. Seriel did just that, he made me feel in good care.
