I had a referral to rheum back in October and was unable to receive a timely appointment at the original provider so I stopped in to rana's century city location to see about switching my referral to her. a receptionist named tehila said i would be able to see her NP in December which is the only reason i redirected my referral. when i go to make my appt i find out tehila lied to get my business and i would not be able to see the NP, i had to wait for rana to come back end of march, i asked to speak to the medical director and no one ever got back to me. i got a voicemail left for me now that rana doesn't feel like coming back to work and my appt is moved to july. if you actually want treatment go literally anywhere else.
