Comes off as very aggressive but only wants you to do what’s right. Tells you everything upfront and doesn’t keep you in the dark. Wait time is crazy as you would expect, but his approach was refreshing as opposed to writing me off as a bit case and telling me to see a psych. Thank you for being positive.
