Fantastic Doctor
Dr. Eid is one of the best doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Over many years, he has never changed. He is always pleasant, concerned and very detailed with his instructions. He is so calming before procedures and updates you completely afterwards. If you have any concerns, he handles them immediately. Always a positive experience.

Colonoscopy
Who enjoys getting a colonoscopy? But the staff went out of their way to make my experience easy and to make me comfortable. I was attended to buy various staff members and nurses who answered all my questions and helped the process along. Doctor EID was very personable and made me feel as if I were in good hands. Let me just add that the behind-the-scenes the mood was cheerful and efficient. As I stated earlier, who enjoys getting a colonoscopy…but I think they did a great job.

He was professional, caring and I felt safe .
The staff was awesome and very caring. They made me feel at home. Dr. Eid was referred to me several times due to his caring nature along with his knowledge and experience . The staff here is always so attentive and kind and friendly, making the testing much more tolerable.I was very disappointed this time because Dr Eid did not speak with me or my driver post-procedure, & I have questions that are not addressed on the papers sent home with me. It would be very helpful to hear from him or his nurse

Easy procedure, no after-effects
The overall process of scheduling, pre-visit calls and reminders, and prep are very helpful. Great communication.The staff for the procedure were fantastic in terms of always smiling and taking good care of me while I was in.Dr Eid saw me after the procedure and gave me a good summary. I did not have any after effects and was back to normal the next day.
