Useless
This doctor takes on too many patients. Her quality of care is just bad. She rushes through appointments. She doesn't answer pages from the ER. She doesn't answer pages from her own after hours line. She's doesn't leave an on call doctor while she's on vacation so patients are left to figure things out in fear. Her office staff doesn't answer the phone most days. They don't call back when message are left. What's the point of a doctor like this? Epilepsy is no joke and when someone is trying to contact her, they get left in the dark. In all honesty, what kind of doctor leaves on vacation and doesn't leave an on call doctor in case of emergencies? A bad one? One who prioritizes money over patients? Baffling. I recommend finding a neurologist who prioritizes the patients over money.

She answered her personal phone 3 times while I was being seen. Has dismissed my concern for white matter found on my cat scan. When I mentioned that a doctor said my symptoms were suspicious of MS she switched the subject to my past cluster headaches. She said it wasn’t a serious decision if I wanted a cat scan update, prescribed a headache injection pen. Never called to pre-authorize even after I told the office my insurance covered it and only needed a phone call from anyone even the staff to verify. I began having serious numbness in arms and feet. Called and left several messages to please schedule a MRI and new scan. No one returned my messages. I received a call saying I missed a virtual appt. they had never been scheduled or needed because the only appointment needed was for an in person scan and imaging. I cannot get this office or doctor to help me in anyway. I would never recommend as she is too busy overseeing other offices and does not listen to patients concerns.

Major disappointment
When Doctor forgot to order my medication I called the office and left a message. No one got back to me. I called again and left a message. I left a total of four messages. No one got back to me. This scenario has happened to me 3 times. In the past I was told the doctor has 4 offices in Tulare county. I have to draw the conclusion she is overworked. My appointments were rushed so much so that I forgot half of what I wanted to tell her. I rely on my doctors to be available and expect a response by her or her staff to advise me within 72 hours. My pain level is increasing and I am left suffering. The Hippocratic Oath says first do no harm. I’m assuming she forgot.

I was not allowed to see the doctor, even though I was not feeling well, because I still owed $100.

Would not take my dog here
Dr T is the worst MD I have ever seen in my life. She could not remember what happened from each prior visit. She insisted I was taking an RX from her that I was unable to take and told her each visit. I saw her a total of 2.5 years and each visit, she could not "get" that I could not take the meds. She also had very weird ideas that are not the norm and contradict previous Neurologists I have had and does not go with any literature. I worked 32 years as a professional in healthcare and she has no clue! She should stop practicing medicine. I found a wonderful new neurologist who listens and so agreed with me against everything she said and he makes sense. Office help never returns calls even to my infusion nurses. Also my last appt was scheduled for the phone and confirmed the day before but she never called me. I called back twice to see what happened and to reschedule but no call back whatsoever. Her office is old and dirty.
