Horrible experience
1) Very long wait; 2) Didn't review urgent care bloodwork and notes; 3) Tried to send home twice: once before reviewing notes, and then after she did her own tests to reveal a high probability of sepsis; 4) Bashed other physicians (even though they were right as confirmed by test results); 5) Lied to floor physician stating that her recommendation was to admit patient when she tried to send us home twice and we were not happy, so the floor physician reviewed everything. Floor physician admitted patient to intensive care.

Cruel and Negligent
Visit was an ER visit for a newborn. Physician did not consent parents on a medication, and ran an excessive number of tests, using scare tactics to convince parents. Physician also withheld nutrition unnecessarily. Care should have been transferred to Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. We won't go back.
