Good Doctor, terrible office personnel
Dr Sastre is a good doctor, been with him since when he took over for Dr Ballestero. I am so discourage with the office. All office workers are very unprofessional and rude. You call this office and you will be on hold for-ever and they will hang up the phone while your on hold. This office is struck in the stone ages. Ms Tania, the person doing the blood work is the worst and very unprofessional. The wait time on any visit is any where from 3 to 5 hours. After so many years with Dr Sastre, I will be going to a new doctor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Hello, I recommend you for your well-being, do not go to this place. It is terrible, from the doctor who from his way of dressing and speaking is not a doctor, everything seems less doctor, he does not listen to anything that the patient speaks, because he dedicates himself to talking about his dogs, his illnesses and personal things, I had too many problems and I only went to appointment for routine analysis not because I was sick (thank God). I had to go 3 times because of a bad referral by TANIA, and she still got mad when I told her. To get my test results read I had to go again and wait 3 hours. There nobody solves anything, they sent a wrong code to the laboratory and they were charging me money that I did not have to pay, due to bad work of that office, I called about 8 times and talked to HILDA so that they sent the correct code to the laboratory and He didn't know what to do either, or rather, he didn't feel like doing it. Conclusion GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT NOT THIS.
