The worst recepcionist in the world
The doctor is ok but, unfurtunely the old lady on the front desk is the nastiest lady I've ever met; she is rude, and very disrespectful, she don't even listen what you are saying, she cut me off in a very bad way and when I told her: you are not understanding me, she said: yes you're right I don't understand YOUR LANGUAGE, let's talk in English. Really? Yes I'm Mexican and I'm bilingual but even If I don't speak English, what is wrong with you? Do you realize you are customer service? You're no suppose to said anything like that, so she hang up the call. WORST SERVICE IN TAMPA, DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME read more coments an you'll see I'm no the only one.

He's the only one who validated me
I went in complaining about a rather wild list of symptoms, from me not being able to pick up my legs (like I shuffle and trip), hair loss, forgetfulness, skin that bruises and tears easily, lower back pain... I mean really WILD. He listened to me and ordered an MRI and sure enough, there's an adenoma (most likely benign for cancer) at the base of my pituitary gland that might be causing issues. Of course, then I moved and had to forego treatment with him. Because of that diagnosis, I've since seen another neurologist and endocrinologist who have validated his diagnosis. You don't know how much it means after 2 years thinking you're crazy or the result of being inside for a year and a half without much human contact to have someone tell you that there might actually be something wrong is (sadly) relieving. Thanks Dr. Sanchez!

Awful staff. Literally the most egregious people I have ever spoken to. The doctor himself is pretty alright. He is really there to help out his patients but his staff completely destroyed his reputation. Do not go here.

Dr. Sanchez is wonderful and very professional. If I have needed to schedule a visit because I'm sick or schedule for my husband, his staff has done their best to fit us in the schedule. He has gone many times above and beyond for my husband and I to meet our medical needs and concerns. Thank you Dr. Sanchez !

If I could get less than a star I would this is the worst experience that I have ever had in my 44 years. The staff were all rude and then someone started asking me about money before I even knew who she was. She tried to make me pay for my annual physical which should be free and then when I disputed that fact and said my physical should be paid 100% by my insurance she said okay if you hurt your finger or have a headache it is no longer a physical and we will charge you. Not only was the staff
