Hardly do I ever have a good experience at any dental or medical office I truly felt cared for and tended to here. Dr. was fantastic and explained very well. Staff was very kind! Overall great experience.

Very professional doctor and very nice staff

Not friendly front desk, rude, greedy and unprofessional financial coordinator. No HR only an office manager who does not know anything about handling personnel conplains.

Unfortunately I did not get to meet Dr. Ramon although he came highly recommended. I called to make an appointment for my son who needs an emergency wisdom tooth removal. I was doing my due diligence as a mother and asking all the necessary questions when trying to book the appointment. The person who picked up the phone ( Mariela I believe is her name) seemed to be irritated at the questions I asked and trying to rush me off the phone. my recommendation is to have more patience with clients when trying to book appointments.

Have to give Dr. Perez and his staff an overall excellent rating. Had three teeth extracted simultaneously, bone grafts placed and, at a later visit, three implants. Don't know if it was me or the doctor's technique but I had zero pain and swelling afterwards - didn't even have to take the prescribed pain meds. Dr. Perez was very patient throughout the process, explained exactly what he was going to do and answered all of my questions. I would give him six stars if I could.

I was refer to Dr Ramon Perez Rosich by my cousin. I am so grateful that I found this doctor for my daughter wisdom teeth removal. Since we arrived to his Kendal office, all the amazing staff treated us like family. The surgery was done less than an hour and my daughter feel great. I totally recommended him.

I highly recommend the office Dr. Ramon Perez for anyone who is in need of an extremely caring and dedicated oral surgeon. Dr. Perez helped my Mom with an extremely complex case that involved extractions and alveoloplasty after a tragic car accident that destroyed my mom's teeth. His help, skills and recommendations have allowed my mom to embark on a successful path of dental restoration.

I was very nervous as I have a low pain tolerance and had a bad experience with another oral surgeon 5 years ago. Dr. Perez-Rosich, however, made me feel totally at ease. My simple wisdom tooth extraction was done in around 10-15 minutes (including local anesthesia). The pain was also minimal after the anesthesia wore off. I took extra strength acetaminophen and that was enough. Dr. Perez-Rosich was gentle and empathetic. I highly recommend this office. Everyone here is great!

My son had two impacted bottom wisdom teeth removed today! The entire procedure lasted about 30 mins. I got him home & it is now 7 hrs later & after 1 dose of Motrin & an antibiotic his pain level is a 3! Minimal bleeding also...great job! I thought the dr. & staff were both professional & courteous! Facility is extremely clean & after surgery I was able to immediately see my son! Would highly recommend...in fact my daughter is going for the same procedure next week!

I had 4 molar extractions due to having no space in my mouth for my teeth to be properly aligned. I was extremely scared, However the office staff was beyond amazing with me they reasserted me, and treated me like family. I waited for less then 5 min before being called in for the extractions. Dr. Perez-Rosich was amazing he verified each molar over 5 times, explained everything to me and was very professional, I felt absolutely no pain it took about 10-15min. I highly recommend!
