Dr Montes is a great Dr. However his office staff he has as middle people who communicate between Dr and patient are horrible. It is impossible to get an answer from the dr in the same day, your looking at probably 48-72 hrs maybe for them to get back with you. By this time my child's pain and suffering are already to a higher level that I had to unfortunately get other medical advice. Dr. Montes himself is a very friendly Dr. Who I believe really cares about his patients, hes just too busy:(

My child has been seeing Dr. Montes for over 10 years now. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and thorough are just a few descriptions that come to mind. Appreciate all he has done for my child.

Doctor's recommendations helped my child only briefly. Asked for a follow up appointment and was told he was only available one day a week for a few hours and that I'd have to book two months out to have my child seen, regardless of the fact that my child is an infant and is in a lot of pain. Will not be returning to this doctor.
