Terrible office and staff. Made me waste 2 months of my time going back and forth between WC and their office staff, only to be told after 2 months that they will not even take my WC claim. This was after 2 months of speaking to their administration and WC staff (Diana) on several occasions for 2 months so they could obtain my paperwork to schedule an appointment. Not once during the 2 months did they ever mention they would not accept my existing claim. Total waste of time. Incompetent.
