Horrendous experience I can’t even call it a visit
Condescending, rude, unprofessional, dismissive, can’t believe he is a doctor. Woolf not recommend to anyone. His license should be pulled.

Waste of time
We needed a Dr who took medical insurance and was recommeded to Grossman by our Dr. We have spent an entire year waiting for 3 scheduled appts with Dr Grossman. At each appt - he asked for more testing and more documentation which would make our appt conclude with no answers and never giving us any type of diagnosis, formal test results from the previous appt. When I told him we have been trying other options while waiting for a diagnosis from him - he told us to continue with that Dr and refused to even work as a team to help my son or give his own medical professional opinion! Why go to a Dr for 3 appts and have ZERO feedback?? He didn’t even have knowledge of previous appt - it was like starting over every time. My husband did a complete write up of all my sons behaviors and our concerns- he refused to read it only asking for the information two appts later? No bedside manner - asking difficult upsetting questions infront of a struggling child- just hands down the worst!!!

Very knowledgeable
Absolutely the most amazing neurologist! This doctor is truly dedicated. I have been going to him for 20 years. He is the most thorough doctor I have ever encountered and he extremely personable. He runs yearly bloodwork and whatever other tests he feels necessary to make sure you are safe. This man is a hero and has gotten me to where I am today. So, thank you Dr. Grossmann!!

The staff at this practice has to be some of the most unhelpful and rude healthcare professionals I have ever encountered. Horrific customer service, attitude, hung up on me twice mid sentence, replied with a no then hung up. I do not recommend bringing your child her, you're a number, I have received no indication that my child's well being is a priority to anyone at this practice.

No Follow Up
Our initial consult was great and we felt Dr. Grossman was a good doctor. However his office is very disorganized. It's very hard to get through to anyone on the phone. He sent our son for an MRI and a week later we still haven't gotten the results from his office, despite the imaging center confirming they were sent. We call and never get a person. We left multiple messages with no response. One day the voicemail was full and we couldn't even leave a message. We ultimately got a copy of the MRI results ourselves from the imaging center. We will not be returning and finding a new neurologist. We have still not heard from Dr. Grossman regarding our son's MRI.

Give it to you straight
My speech therapist and Pediatrician said my son needed to be evaluated and may be on the spectrum. Dr. Grossman was recommended. That was ten years ago. We are still patients there. He give it to you straight. No parent wants to here that your child is autistic. Dr Grossman helped me to move forward. I HIGHLY recommend him

Very knowledgeable
I've been going to Dr. Grossmann for 15 years. I've never had a problem scheduling or re-scheduling an appointment. His office is well organized. Dr. Grossmann himself is knowledgeable. He won't sugar-coat and tell you want you want to hear and gives it to you straight. I guess that is not for some people. He's helped my son all through these years and helped him become a contributing member of society. I can't thank him enough.

The best
Dr Grossmann has helped my daughter tremendously by not only accurately diagnosing and treating her ADHD, but also (thank God) finding out that she suffers from seizures, and prescribing the appropriate medication to keep them at bay. He is incredibly kind and intelligent, and we are blessed to have him as her doctor.

Horrible experience with Dr. Grossmann. I felt that he didn’t really try to listen to what my son and I were saying, and jumped to scheduling many tests for him. Very bad bedside manner, rude, and as my son said “mean”. Not the qualities of what you want in a pediatric doctor. Office is also disorganized. Please see another neurologist for your child.

Dr. Grossmann lacks bedside manner and he is rude and condescending and not woman friendly. He's making presumptions on how I handle my son's treatment. My interaction with him has always been negative while when my husband is the one who goes on the visit his tone and attitude are much more restrained.

I have been going to Dr. Grossman for over 10 years and cannot be happier with how he has treated me. If you are looking for a lovely dovey doctor than he is not the guy for you, but he is still excellent. He is serious and always tells you what you need to hear. He is always able to answer any question you have, and is fully knowledgable about any situation that arises.

The likelihood of me recommending this doctor is slim or non-existent. He is rude, and arrogant. His staff is unprofessional. You have to speak with the office via email which I find to be so impersonal. They offer no viable solutions or referrals when needed. The staff seems unorganized and the office smells like garbage.

Dr. Grossman has brought my son back on a path of normalcy that no other Neurologists were able to do in years. He is not notorious for his bedside manner, but he's really great at what he does. He knows my son so well now, and has no problem voicing when he's out of hand. Which is great for his personality. What works for some may not work for others. But he's the perfect fit for us. I owe a big chunk of my sanity to Dr.Grossman for believing and addressing my concerns, and helping my family.

I could go on and on about how dangerous Grossmann is. He is a monster with a lisence to destroy babies and children. His mismanagement and withholding information so that he can maximize the money he can make off babies, Children and devastated parents is inhuman and criminal. Take your babies somewhere else and hope that it’s not too late like it was for me.

Dr. Grossmann is not "nice", or "sweet". Do not expect him to tell you how "cute" is your child. But he is an exellent doctor. He has a strong personality and is very serious. He told us that our daughter who has anxiety and ADHD would only get more anxious on stimulants. Our psychiatrist still prescribed Vyvance. After two month of taking it our daughter got into a horrible state...
