I was admitted with severe leg pain and unable to walk. Dr Elmufdi was my neuro consult. He said in his rpt ; I had no neuro deficits. He Implied I was drug seeking & I was faking. His neuro exam took 30 seconds & the worst I’ve ever seen by consult. This “ Dr” is incompetent. I was Unable walk with excessive falls... apparently this is not a neuro deficit. .. to him. I plan file a complaint with the AMA. He will never consult on my medical issues, again . After being a critical nurse at UCLA & Cedars for 30 yrs I am well aware of appropriate exams and medical care. Unfortunately, his incompetence delayed my getting the medical care I needed to recover. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. I have had a few Doctor friends read his consult and they found laughable. I as the patient was in horror. He is burnt out or incompetent... neither is suitable for a healthcare provider.

He was rude and arrogant Saw me in the hospital Didn’t introduce himself just asked why I was still there I ended up changing my insurance so I could be seen by my surgeon at Scripps that had seen me before He found my issue with one test did surgery and I’m feeling much better now I would never be seen by Elmufdi again or would never recommend him for anyone to see He thinks he’s so special and he’s a joke Doesn’t even deserve one star but you have to do something to be able to submit your comments J Fredrick

The best doctor on the market he really took the time to teach me more about medicine! One of the best doctors has a really big heart. Would really recommend!
