Dr. Ramez Hoveydai, DO

I was looking for a new primary, I'm new to the area, and Dr Hoveydai was accepting new patients. The reception staff was kind. I had no idea what to expect from this visit, what all to provide, and no one really prepared or gave me direction. Dr Hoveydai has a calm demeanor, but it seemed more like his only solution was to push me to other doctors, and expect me to know which kind. Then the bomb he dropped at the end of my visit after asking why I take a certain med, I told him for severe anxiety. He proceeds to tell me he won't prescribe benzodiazepines. I told him I've been on it for over 20 years and it helps me to be able to breathe. He didn't seem to care, no additional information given as why. I walked out triggered, almost ashamed, and will never go back. I would have appreciated reason, info, facts, options, risks, or otherwise. I feel the visit would have been more productive had I self-diagnosed and then just told him what he needed to do ...

The worst doctor I’ve ever had.

He listened to me and addressed my questions and concerns.

Dr Hoveydai has been my Physician for 3 years. Easy to talk to , and very professional. He’s helped me greatly in my health journey.

Pretentious and non effective

He listened to my concerns, shared his knowledge and collaborated with me for my care. I felt well taken care of. I would recommend him.

I went to Dr. Hoveydai cuz I couldn't stop coughing. I got into see him the same day I called. His nurse got back to me within an hour or less. We set up an appointment and I was seen, I had a x-ray done of my chest;right there on site h wanted to make sure I didn't have Phnemonia . He prescribed me some medicine and within a day later, I felt so much better! I just think he's a wonderful Doctor!

He was exactly what I was looking for: experienced, patient, thorough, knowledgeable and empathetic.

He may be fine for simple things. But if you are not "cookie cutter" common forget it

Dr. Hoveydai was argumentative and appeared angry. He made sure to tell me there was only 2 drs working. Do not go on Fridays! If you are overweight, stay away! I would never go back. I felt like crying after I left. Not friendly at all. No one deserves to be treated like nothing! I am an RN and use to doctors but he was a very angry unhappy person! My appt. was at 0900. I wasted my time!

Dr Hoveydai is a wonderful Dr. He takes the time to listen to all my concerns, then addresses each one. He has made sure that every one of my health issues are resolved the best they can be. He is very knowledgeable in his work and ability. I am so lucky to have found him. Thank you Dr Hoveydai, and your staff for excellent healthcare.
